The Hate Mail Strike Again

Last week the Hate (woops… I mean Daily) Mail published this:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1199191/Beer-cross-dressing-racy-dating-games-Scouts-trip-What-Baden-Powell-say.html

Here’s the gist: a group of adults in a weekend of activities also have a few drinks in the evening and engage in fancy dress means that society has become decadent and our morals are loose.

Why? Because the Daily Mail is a fascist piece of trash! I attended this very same event in 2006 and found the drinking to be responsible and the weekend to be jam packed full of other activities, not just a drunken knees up. But does the Daily Mail say that? Nope.

They also don’t mention that 90% of the people who attended give up their time on a weekly basis to look after other peoples kids, teach them new things and do it all for free. So until Mr Levy gets down to his local Scout group and does some charity work to accompany his no doubt obscene salary for writing trashy articles and making other people’s lives a misery he can get down off his high horse where him and his other Daily Mail cronies blame all the problems of society on the young or people with a different skin colour to his own, and long for some golden age which never existed. Mr Andrew Levy, I have this to say to you sir: Your golden age never existed, wake up and smell the coffee, and any problems that may exist in Britain today were caused by people like you, not people like me.

And as for the Scout camp in question. I attended it in 2007. I had a few drinks and I crossdressed for the party. And I would like to say that this event is very strict on alcohol consumption. Anyone who drinks excessively will not be served, trouble makers will be thrown off site, and there are strict drinking times. There is also a full program of games, sports, crafts and other activities, so it is definitely not all about drinking.

I just guess I should be grateful that leaches like Andrew Levy have only just now discovered the power of facebook for spreading their irrational hatred of people who do charity work with young people each week just because they don’t prescribe to societal beliefs of 102 years ago, and that this did not happen 3 years ago, else I would probably have wound up in a picture printed on their trashy rag dressed up as a nurse.

Oh and I wonder what is the legality of stealing peoples pictures off the internet and publishing them without permission. Anyone know?
