Today is conference day! I will be blogging after every speaker today, with a gist of their talk and any highlights, plus also maybe a picture or two.
Left the White Hart at around 1am and walked back to my hotel. Something very relaxing about walking around the East End at that hour!
Trevors quiz last night was very good (and very challenging) and the winning team truly deserved the win (even if they did have John Bennett and Diddles the cat). Was great catching up with some familiar faces and meeting a few new ones too. As I briefly mentioned last night, I spoke to Jeff Leahy and the documentary he is working on sounds brilliant – the most accurate one ever produced. I can’t wait to see it. Anyway, off to the Kings Stores I shall soon go for Colin Cobbs welcome and a talk by John Bennett on Doss houses.
